Interactive Classroom

blog 28Mrs. Ferrannini states, “This year I have an interactive classroom. This theme presents itself in each of my classes in various ways, some of which includes use of a website for classroom assignments and communication, games and activities that require movement throughout the classroom and lively classroom debates. One of the most exciting features is a classroom Twitter feed. Each student has their own Twitter profile and regularly responds to tweets from the teacher. The only catch is that it is done in classroom using pen and paper, not actually using the internet. This is used to motivate students and as an informal assessment tool.”
