Watermill Fundraiser

blog 42Each year, Sappo School puts on various activities in order raise the funds necessary to give our students the first class educational experience they deserve. As you are all well aware, the students themselves are actively involved, selling everything from sweet treats to Spongebob t-shirts. We’ve also held formal events and auctioned off some pretty neat merchandise in a variety of settings ranging from spiffy catering halls to the even-spiffier back lawn of our old Medford location.

Well, for 2015, we think we may have just outdone ourselves. This year’s PTO Chinese Auction/Fundraiser event, to be held at the Watermill Inn in Smithtown on Tuesday, May 19th at 7 pm will feature some truly eye-popping prizes.

Under the auspices of the tireless and talented Angela Shelton, the PTO has put together an array of gift baskets and Grand Prizes that include everything from sweet treats to Billy Joel tickets. You can preview the baskets and prizes on our Facebook page, but be warned, there are 5 pages worth of pictures to browse and they will leave you tempted!

Sappo School is truly grateful for the time, effort and generosity put forth by Mrs. Shelton, our amazing group of parents and all who donated the prizes that will make this our biggest and best fundraiser ever!!!

If you are interested in attending the Watermill event and have not purchased a ticket, please call us at 736-2146 ASAP. As of Wednesday, Angela was reporting that 18 tickets remain for the event.
